How to make your syndicate successful

1. Start with a high-conviction deal — real belief drives momentum

2. Bring few trusted members in early (DMs, chats, or warm intros)

3. Share rich context: pitch deck, founder video, data room, socials

4. Add your take on the deal apart from other info — why now, why this opportunity?

5. Keep it small and exclusive at first — scarcity works

6. Send post-raise investor updates (our app will remind you, too)

7. Share your wins and learnings in public — build your rep

8. Highlight great members — people follow people

9. Carry: 10–20% is standard (start low, build trust)

10. Min checks: $1K is recommended — but this is up to you, flexible
